A native Miamian, Abbey Chase has been a community activist and involved in Miami's business and arts community for over thirty years. From 1984-1994, she played a key role in the founding of The Beacon Council, Miami-Dade's county-wide economic development organization, building expertise in strategic planning, development, production of marketing collaterals, management of media relations, meetings and special events. Her greatest accomplishment was helping raise $1 million dollars to the donor base for the organization.
With an extensive knowledge of Dade's business, government, organizational structure and leadership, she launched her own firm, Chase Marketing Group, Inc. (CMG) in 1994. In the past 20 years, CMG has built a reputation for successfully managing multi-faceted events, projects and programs that incorporate substantive programming, keen community relation's expertise, project management, organizational skills, sponsorship and fundraising.

Debra Chase joined Chase Marketing Group in 2000 with a degree in Business Administration from the University of Denver, where she majored in hotel and restaurant management. She spent over three years in managerial positions with Hyatt Hotels & Resorts, including at their flagship resort in Maui, and several more years in sales, management and customer service with major fashion and furniture retailers - all of which provided Debra with the experience and skills to manage people, meet clients' needs, maintain good relationships with vendors and colleagues, nurture a stable and strong business base, and develop the "do whatever it takes" problem-solving style that characterizes her work at CMG.
Over the past 14 years, Debra has become an integral CMG team leader, helping clients to define, plan and manage their events. As a Senior Account Executive, Debra is a master of organizing multiple details, planning logistics and using resources efficiently. Edwina Lau joined the CMG team in 2005, bringing with her a wealth of experience in event management, program coordination, graphic design and information and communication technology skills. Prior to joining CMG, she managed The Education Fund's annual fundraising silent auction, "The Art of Found Objects". During her years at CMG, she has managed some of the largest silent auctions in the history of the city. In addition to shepherding all marketing needs for our clients, she assists the team in all aspects of multimedia presentations and event technology needs. Joined the CMG team in early 2005, Mrs. Fluxa is responsible to oversee the Finance and Human Resource department at Chase Marketing Group, Inc. Back in 1996, Mrs. Fluxa earned her Bachelor's degree in Finance & International Business at Florida International University and has applied her education in various companies from the entertainment and media industry for the U.S. and Latin America. Prior to joining Chase Marketing Group in 2006, Lesli Cuenca worked in the insurance business selling both auto and homeowner's insurance for four years. She brings excellent customer relations skills, research abilities, database management expertise as well as her bilingual language capabilities to our team.
